achievements
Dr Govindarajan has made original contributions to the understanding of instabilities in shear and non-parallel flows, flow entrainment, turbulent transition and small-scale hydraulic jumps. Her recognition includes Platinum Jubilee Prize, Aerospace Engineering Department, Indian Institute of Science, Fellow of the American Physical Society (Division of Fluid Dynamics), Fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Bangalore and so on.
